About the Experience
The Chocolate Experience takes place at Vista Los Sueños Adventure Park, just minutes from Los Sueños Marina and Jacó Beach.
The tour begins with a short walk through the cacao plantation and surrounding rainforest. A professional bilingual guide explains the different cacao varieties, their ancestral history and the importance of cacao in global culture and trade.
Guests can taste fresh cacao fruit directly from the pod and participate in the traditional process used to transform cacao into chocolate. The experience also includes tastings of different chocolate varieties paired with banana and other tropical fruits.
At the end of the tour, guests may purchase organic chocolate bars and cacao-based products available at the park.
